The winner is Princess Abby, a rescued Chihuahua from Lake County, California. She has a peculiar walk due to the fact that her back legs are longer than her front legs. She also has a missing eye. Princess Abby was rescued off the streets by the Humane Society five months ago. When Francis, the owner, spotted her, she promptly adopted this adorable lady. Congratulations Princess Abby!
